Hello & Welcome!
I grew up on the sunny shores of South Africa. Post completing my studies in marketing & website design, I decided to pursue a career in advertising and spent the next 18 years working abroad in places such as Dubai and London where I got to work on brands such as Evian Water, Amex and Audi.
During COVID, I found myself confronted with the impact of what a loss of revenue and a job can do to a family after my partner's father was made redundant at age of 69 after 12 years with no redundancy package. With a lot of extra time on my hands, I decided to launch a business for him where a mere 12 months later, had him employing the whole family and hiring extra storage for the orders that were coming in.
It made me realise that everyone has a "secret sauce". Something that they can do or sell that they just didn't know how to take to market. So I started an initiative to help people that had been impacted by the pandemic. Which is how Flow Cre8tive was born and 4 years later, we have served over 350+ clients and continue to thrive.
At the heart of our values lies a deep commitment to assist people. It may sound like a cliché, but I genuinely believe that everyone should be able to do what they love!

OUR DESIGN PROCESS
With an emphasis on simplicity and design, we walk you through the process and provide you with everything you need.
We will begin with an email chat or discovery call.
I will send you a custom quote that includes everything you need to get setup for launch, including timeframes, what's included and the deliverables or visual assets we'll be tackling.
Once approved, you'll then receive the contract, followed by a 50% non-refundable invoice due before any work commences (required to book your spot on my calendar).
Once we have you booked in the schedule, we will create you your very own Client Portal where you will find everything you need to start the information collation process. This will include a questionnaire to fill out about your business, your audience and your design preferences.
You will be able to upload your content into portals and via specific forms created for your project. Depending on the project, this will include:

This is where the magic happens!
Upon commencement of your website or branding design project, using your brief as a guide, we undertake industry research, competitor analysis and consumer insights to form the design strategy.
You will have 2 business days to send feedback on the two rounds of amends. Once approved we will finalise the design and prepare for handover.
After you have signed off the final designs:
FOR WEBSITE PROJECTS: we will finalise the remaining elements; on page SEO, email automations, third party app integrations and testing with you to make sure you are 100% happy with everything. We will then connect it to your domain and POOF your website is LIVE!!!
FOR DESIGN PROJECTS: We will create the final artwork to the size and format required.
Post going live we will transfer the site to you along with a handover document that will have a custom website style guide and link to a one hour training session where you will be taken through how to manage your site and cover off any questions you have about how to make modifications, add new products, change images, etc.
While you will have complete control over everything, we don't just leave you to it and hope for the best. We provide lifetime support and are always here to help guide you and answer any questions you have.
Then it’s time to celebrate! We will showcase your website & designs on our social media pages and website as we will be your biggest supporter!
