Flow Cre8tive is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Wix Website Designer to join our expanding team. We specialise in empowering small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs by crafting strong digital presences.
Currently a tight-knit team of three, our goal is to grow to five full-time members by the end of the year.
This role goes beyond just technical expertise; we need someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and finds solutions to design challenges, even when client briefs are vague.
What We’re Looking For

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Must be within 4 hours of the Sydney time zone to ensure effective collaboration.

Strong experienced in Wix, with a portfolio of at least 10 websites.

A strong eye for design, creativity, and attention to detail.

Understanding of basic SEO principles.

Highly organised and independent, capable of managing clients professionally without micromanagement.

Availability: 10-15 hours per week initially, with the potential to grow to 20-40 hours over time.
Key Responsibilities

Design & develop custom Wix websites tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into creative solutions.

Handle client support & change requests, proactively troubleshooting and leveraging support resources when needed.

Ensure high-quality, visually appealing designs that align with branding and conversion goals.

Optimise websites for performance and SEO best practices.

Continuously improve website designs based on client feedback.

Provide ongoing maintenance & support for existing client sites.

We specialise in helping small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs establish a strong digital presence through beautifully designed, high-converting websites.
This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented designer who can confidently translate client visions into engaging and functional websites, even when client briefs are vague.

Key Responsibilities

Design & develop professional, custom websites exclusively using Wix Studio.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative, high-quality web solutions.

Handle client support & website updates, troubleshooting issues and proactively finding solutions.

Ensure all websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with client branding.

Optimize websites for performance, including implementing basic SEO principles.

Continuously improve and refine website designs based on client feedback and UX best practices.

Stay up to date with Wix Studio features and updates to enhance design capabilities.

Provide ongoing support & maintenance for existing client websites.

Manage projects professionally, reporting directly to the Owner or Operations Manager while handling client interactions with professionalism and autonomy.
Who We’re Looking For
🔹 Experience: At least 10 Wix Studio websites in your portfolio (Wix Studio experience is mandatory).
🔹 Design Skills: Strong UI/UX, branding, and attention to detail.
🔹 Problem-Solving: Ability to independently troubleshoot and implement solutions.
🔹 SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of on-page SEO principles.
🔹 Mindset: Self-motivated, eager to learn, grow, and take initiative.
🔹 Communication: Excellent written & verbal English skills (must be confident in client interactions).
🔹 Availability: 10-15 hours/week to start, with potential to expand to 20-40 hours as the role grows.
