Hi, I'm Danielle
Flow Cre8tive was founded in 2020 during the COVID crisis, when I began supporting individuals who had lost income by helping them build online businesses and digital platforms to get back on their feet.
What started as a practical way to help quickly evolved into a full-service design studio focused on making websites more accessible, efficient, and far less stressful for business owners.
Since launching Flow Cre8tive, I’ve worked with over 450
clients across a wide range of industries, helping them create websites and brands that feel clear, confident, and ready to grow.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS
HOW WE WORK
Our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and supportive from start to finish. From your initial consultation to post-launch support, you’ll always know:

We will begin with an email chat or discovery call.
I will send you a custom quote that includes everything you need to get setup for launch, including timeframes, what's included and the deliverables or visual assets we'll be tackling.
Once approved, you'll then receive the contract, followed by a 50% non-refundable invoice due before any work commences (required to book your spot on my calendar).
Once we have you booked in the schedule, we will create you your very own Client Portal where you will find everything you need to start the information collation process. This will include a questionnaire to fill out about your business, your audience and your design preferences.
You will be able to upload your content into portals and via specific forms created for your project. Depending on the project, this will include:

This is where the magic happens!
Upon commencement of your website or branding design project, using your brief as a guide, we undertake industry research, competitor analysis and consumer insights to form the design strategy.
You will have 2 business days to send feedback on the two rounds of amends. Once approved we will finalise the design and prepare for handover.
After you have signed off the final designs:
FOR WEBSITE PROJECTS: we will finalise the remaining elements; on page SEO, email automations, third party app integrations and testing with you to make sure you are 100% happy with everything. We will then connect it to your domain and POOF your website is LIVE!!!
FOR DESIGN PROJECTS: We will create the final artwork to the size and format required.
Post going live we will transfer the site to you along with a handover document that will have a custom website style guide and link to a one hour training session where you will be taken through how to manage your site and cover off any questions you have about how to make modifications, add new products, change images, etc.
While you will have complete control over everything, we don't just leave you to it and hope for the best. We provide lifetime support and are always here to help guide you and answer any questions you have.
Then it’s time to celebrate! We will showcase your website & designs on our social media pages and website as we will be your biggest supporter!
