Yes! I regularly work with international clients. We’ll coordinate a time that suits us both — it’s easy with good communication and planning.
No — a full rebrand is a separate service. The Brand Asset & Design Rollout Day focuses on updating or extending your existing visuals across templates, marketing materials, and digital assets.
You’ll get a checklist outlining everything. I will generally need:

No, the VIP Design Day is exclusively for design tasks. The questionnaire that I provide you will have a content guideline document to help you write your own copy. However, if this is something that you need a hand with, we do have a copywriter on our team that can support you with this ahead of your Design Day.

If you've got a question, or you just need help with something small/something I can do in less than 10 minutes, I'll always do my best to answer your questions, point you to a tutorial or make some small tweaks for no cost.
If you need something more substantial, I'm available for tech support & minor work at an hourly rate of $160ph. Usually I'll try to quote you upfront for the work, however if the scope is unclear I will provide you an estimate of hours and you'll only be charged for the time used.

Because spots are limited, I recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead. This ensures you have time to prepare and we can secure your date.
+ a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upfront and upon signing your contract.
