PROJECT OVERVIEW
Flow Cre8tive partnered with Vista Therapy to design a calming, professional website that reflects the sensitive and deeply personal nature of trauma-focused therapy. Based in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Vista Therapy offers both in-person and online sessions, along with workshops and specialised PTSD support.
The goal was to create a digital space that feels safe, clear, and reassuring — while making it easy for clients to understand services, book appointments, and access resources.

THE BRIEF
Vista Therapy needed a website that would communicate trust, credibility, and compassion. Working within the trauma and PTSD space requires thoughtful design — balancing professionalism with warmth, and clarity with sensitivity.
The site needed to:

THE APPROACH
We built the site in Wix Studio, focusing on structure, readability, and emotional tone.
Calm, Trust-Building Design
A clean layout, soft colour palette, and spacious formatting were used to create a grounded, welcoming digital environment. Clear typography and generous white space ensure the content feels digestible and supportive rather than overwhelming.
Service-Focused Structure
Dedicated service pages were created for trauma therapy, PTSD support, workshops, and online sessions. This structured approach helps users quickly identify the support that aligns with their needs.
Online Booking & Forms Integration

Design & Branding
The visual design for Vista Therapy reflects a calming, empathetic aesthetic aligned with the practice’s trauma-informed approach. A soft, natural palette of muted greens, warm neutrals, and serene neutrals creates an environment of reassurance and trust. Generous white space, rounded shapes, and subtle gradients establish a gentle flow that feels open rather than overwhelming.
Typography was chosen for warmth and clarity, with readable fonts that support a grounded, compassionate tone. Imagery is symbolic and grounded — evoking connection, human support, and emotional safety without sensationalising distress. This design language ensures visitors immediately feel welcomed and supported, while the intuitive layout and clear service pathways guide users through the site with ease.
SEO & TECHNICAL OPTIMISATION
The Vista Therapy website was optimised with a range of technical SEO fundamentals to improve visibility, performance, and accessibility. Semantic headings, compressed assets, lazy-loaded galleries, and structured metadata were implemented to enhance page speed and crawlability. Target keywords such as “trauma therapy Surfers Paradise,” “PTSD support Queensland,” and “trauma-informed counselling” were incorporated throughout service pages, meta elements, and internal links for improved local relevance.
Basic Schema markup (including Organization, LocalBusiness, and Service schema) was added to strengthen search engine understanding.
