Otway Haven & Otway Nest is an Australian based hotel nestled in the Otway Rainforest. They needed a hotel website designed and built in order to be able to drive occupancy up while also streamlining their backend booking system, which included management on. Airbnb and Bookings.com.
It is vital that your website visitors are able to book a room with ease, so we made sure to use an online booking system that included simple forms and prominent ‘Book Now’ buttons on every page.
Guests will be more compelled to stay on a page if it offers them valuable and accurate information. Many hotel guests want to know about more than just the rooms when deciding on their next holiday accommodation, as this enhances the overall experience and builds on the anticipation for the upcoming trip. So we made sure to create a site that is easy to navigate and included information about local area, activities, and attractions.
We used high-resolution photographs within a design that was created to convey the natural settings that the hotel situated in.
We created content that represented their brand and showcased customer reviews to show prospective guests that the business is trustworthy and a validated hotel within the area.
Furthermore, we made sure the contact information was readily available within the footer as well as on a contact page in the main menu since some guests prefer to book over the phone, or may have questions.
